Pilot Participant,

We are using Survey Monkey to collect your feedback so that we can better analyze and take action on the results. You should have received an email with a complete set of teacher evaluation links for your assigned Pilot Package. (To find that email, you might try searching your inbox for the subject line “PLT Pilot – Teacher Evaluations.”) If you have trouble locating any of the teacher evaluation links, contact [email protected].

Please remember that it is easier to complete the teacher evaluations directly after you have finished facilitating each unit component with your students. As a reminder, all teacher evaluations are due on Monday, December 7th.

Finally, please remember to keep sending us photos of the lessons in action, along with samples of your student work. We hope you are enjoying being a part of this project—we are so thankful for your participation!
